VPhoto supports 2.4GHz WiFi only. Make sure you're not trying to connect to a 5GHz network. Restart the frame and try again.

Set up your VPhoto in 6 easy steps

    Unbox & Power On

    Connect the power adapter and turn on your VPhoto frame. The screen will light up within seconds

  2. 2

    Connect to WiFi

    Select your language, then choose your WiFi network and enter the password on the frame's touchscreen

  3. 3

    Set Language & Timezone

    Choose your preferred language, select your city for the correct timezone, and give your frame a nickname

  4. 4

    Download the VPhoto App

    Search "VPhoto" on Google Play or App Store, or scan the QR code on the frame

  5. 5

    Connect Your Device

    Open the app, create an account, then scan the QR code on the frame or enter the connection code manually

    Start Sharing!

    Select a photo from your phone and tap Send. Watch the frame light up with your first shared memory
